Parallel AV RETURN POLICY
Unless required by law or case by case basis, Parallel AV Inc. will not accept any product return unless the product is defective. If a Product offered by Parallel AV is defective, please refer to our warranty and contact us via email or phone within 72 hours of receiving the Product, unless a longer time is required by law.
LIMITED WARRANTY CARD
Parallel AV Inc. warrants all offered product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:Labor and Parts: For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, if this product is determined to be defective, Parallel AV Inc. will repair or replace the product, at its option, at no charge.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sales or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the agreement period must presented to obtain service.
